I presume this question is for people who use email notification? I don't get any emails about comments.
Yes, and in your case I would expect you to vote Yes on this one, or not vote at all.

I've had it happen that my notification got bounced back once for some unknown reason, and Ask500 suspended notifications to my email for 30 days. If it happens often, write them, they will fix it.
No, it's just every now and then.
Nope. Sometimes I think I did,then I check my spam, and there it is--a comment from a member who I designated as spam.
I check there from time to time. All that is is Canadian Viagra or sex sites or Rolex knockoffs.

Yes. There are many I don't get emails for, especially in cases where I didn't author the question and the "reply" was written below my comment rather than as a direct reply.
