Yep. My wife's English was not too good when we met(she is from Russia). Now she jokes that I am sorry that her English is better as she talks all the time :-)
Not yet, but almost at least once...
Yes. My two closest friends in California did not speak English as their first language. One spoke Spanish and truly had almost no English: the other spoke, read, and wrote four languages: Punjabi as his first language, then Hindi, Urdu, and English.
