I've been an actor in musical plays (and, to their great embarrassment, they had me sing in them), but that's about it.

[1 point] 1 year ago by deleted user ReplyNot exactly. It was the California Renaissance Pleasure Faires, and the name of the band was Danse Macabre. The video is from after my years with them.
The California Faires were not-for-profit educational historical re-creation events that, at one time (when I started, back in the early 1980s) were the biggest put-up/take-dwon show in the world, and regularly sold more beer than Oktoberfest in Munich! Or so we were told. ;)
There is a ton of info online--google Northern Renaissance Pleasure Faire or Southern Renaissance pleasure Faire.
