In the lower grades you never could have convinced me.
So parents bear the full responsibility for creating a bully.
Okay, when junior flies off the handle and his/her bullying becomes monstrous, why are not the parents the ones put on trial?

I was bullied quite a lot and also hated my school for not acting against it.
When I was 9 I got the shit beat out of me by a 17 year old because some random girls "told him to".
It probably contributed a teeny bit to the fact that I am an asshole nowadays.
For a while, I was the most bullied kid in school. Terrible, terrible times those were...
