I'd have to disagree. The people whose franchise he stole were overwhelmingly Democrat, poor, and of color. The economic woes hit the poor and darker skinned people harder. His real constituency, on the other hand, has shown record profits since the beginning of his Presidency, and received tax cuts that would make a cat puke.
