Not so easy to say I had one male and one female boss. Based on those numbers I find it pretty difficult to say anything in general concerning the preferred gender of my boss. I work better with my current (female) boss, but that has to do with factors that have nothing to do with the fact she is a woman and - and I could get along on a personal level quite well with both of them.
Interesting. So far women prefer a male boss by 5 to 1, while men prefer a male boss by less than 2 to 1. Which argues against the feminists who say that it is men who stop women getting promoted.
