Have you tried chocolate covered bacon? I don't recommend it.
I don't either... but not because it isn't delicious... it's just that it's heat attack on a plate. Sort of like deep fried bacon. ;o)
I would recommend against it because it ISN'T delicious. It isn't even edible.
Some flavors simply don't mix.
Have you actually EATEN it? Or do you just think the flavors would not mix. I find it quite tasty. The savory flavor of the bacon mixes quite nicely with the sweet flavor of the chocolate.

I have it on good authority that it does NOT go well with lamb.
