Sure. talent is pretty common. But I think the odds are lower, as I think that the selection process for appearances on reality shows selects against talent.
Talent scouts frequently find talent on the street, on beaches, practically anywhere.. so why not on a reality TV show?

American Idol has found some great talent. I don't watch it because there is something else on that I would rather watch.
