That was meant to be "certain words", but if anyone wants to comment on any worlds they think should be excluded, that is fine too :)
I think every thing works on here pretty well.Or I maybe it would be a good option to have a question with a warning that you would have to click on to view the whole thing.It wouldn't really be censoring,but just giving you a heads up that your about to view something offensive or disturbing.
An excellent idea.
Questions could be flagged as adult themed and anyone could put an opt-out flag on their profile so that they did not automatically display.
Hope the ask500 staff pick up on this :)
Kids being kids, they would probably choose those questions with adult content over those not marked.
Also there is no practical way to verify the age of the people using this or any site. I am a father of a teenage son and I monitor his behavior on the net (like anywhere else I can), but do not restrict what sites he goes to, rather encourage to openly discus what he does happen to see and also how he behaves towards others.
Maybe Mars should be banned.
