The wealthiest have at their disposal many ways to avoid paying taxes, and they do. If these people simply paid their taxes we would not be having this discussion.

Well... Since they were taxed 90% up until Ronald Regan was president... Yeah, we need to reinstate that tax or something more reasonable... Perhaps 90% is high, so... how about 60% or so?
