Depends really on what kind of relationship you want. If you want an subservient partner you always pay, if you want an equal partnership you take turns. (And if you are cheap you skip the dating and hop into bed)
If you ask a girl out, you pay. If she asks you out, and you like her, you offer to pay.
If you like her and marry her, your gonna pay.
If you think you like her, marry her, then divorce her, your gonna really pay.
