If environment has any effect on a child's sexual proclivities, I would say yes.
Children of homosexuals? How that? Do you mean their clones?
if adopted: maybe if they experience homosexuality from a very young age they are more likely to become gay themselfs.
if from a spermdonor or something like that. Could it be genaticly? (how do you write that..)

I know there may be some exceptions but by and large any child raised by Charles Manson or Ted Bundy are not likly to be pillars of the community.

There's not a ton of concrete research in this area since there are no strong comparison studies of hetero parents.
