Definitely not fair, they are sadists that love to torment anyone they can torment. They didn't cut the mustard when they went after their true calling, being drill sergeants in the military, so they went for the next best thing, they became high school gym instructors so they could boss around people smaller and less powerful than themselves.

It's 9 degrees here and snowing. I would not run in a t-shirt and shorts. But if you live somewhere warm and 50 seems cold, then I think you should probably get out there and get going.

Running warms you up. After a mile, you'll want to take your t-shirt off!
Don't be so negitive, it'll do you some good. You won't know what running in the cold is until you run for 3 miles while it's hail stonin'!
