No, but that is only because I live in the country, more than ten miles from the nearest grocery store. We are supposed to get more than a foot of snow over the next 36 hours. I suppose the homeless population on the East Coast will be mush lower by Sunday :(
I live downtown, so they are very visible. There was a group tonight passing out hundreds of blankets. Not a religious group - good to see that compassion exists without strings.
I rarely see homeless people because I seldom go downtown where they all hang out.

I live in New York City, so every damn day. There is a church on the corner where they all take shelter in the winter because the steps are recessed.
