Come on! After all the votes in FL were counted dozens of time by the liberal press, Bush still had more votes than Gore. I am the Chairman of a local electoral board and I know that it is next to impossible for cheating to take place in an election now days.
Check out the Ohio-based company, Diebold, major contributors to Bush's campaign. They manufactured the voting machines then. As the voters were in the process of electing their candidate via voting machine, the technicians did some "emergency reprogramming," and the popular vote was neutralized. The Electoral College had already decided long before anyone cast a popular vote. If you are, indeed, the Chairman, shouldn't it be Chairman of the local Election Board?
He has served under a set of circumstances that wouldn't have been imaginable prior to 9/11. I think history will remember him with more respect and appreciation than the present time has. I'm not convinced any other candidate would have left our country in a better situation given the challenges of the times. It would have been very difficult for anyone. I believe Bush has dealt with problems courageously and I really appreciate his appointments to the Supreme Court. It's slowing down some of the idiocy coming out of the highest court.
I am so impressed with the previous comment. I do agree with the fact that President Bush has done exceptionally well for the hand that has been dealt him. He has not wavered and has seen what he had to do and did it.
he has takin my stock portfolio from 32,000 to 17,000. just the opposite of what clinton did. when clinton took office I had 12,000 and it rose to 32,000 while he was in office, Thanks george
And what happened after the DotCom bubble burst? The market now is the result of the greed of the American people, who leveraged unbelievable house values and bought 26 inch TV's and cell phone for their teenagers.
He has destroyed our civil liberties and our position in the global community! As well, he has lowered our standard of living, education, access to healthcare etc. by supporting a war which he entered on false pretenses!
He has not destroyed civil liberties of good American citizens. He has brought prosperity to Americans (who do not spend beyond their means). He has put more money in our pockets. But the best for last is that we have not had a terrorist attack since 9-11 ( not something that Bill Clinton lovers can say)
I am an advocate for the disabled especially for people that have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury. I run my own support group here in Arizona to help them. I am also on the Governors Council Community Advisory Board (The Chair), I am also the Vice Chair of Kingman Area Partnership for Children with Special Needs. I also am a full time college student that is planning on graduating in the Spring with an AA in Behavior Science.
not at all
Me neither
Has he done anything I should know about ???
Do I like selfinflicked pain?
NO! Worst president ever. Blood of thousands on his hands.
I think the question would be better stated as "Do you like what President Bush has done TO this country since he was illegally elected President?"

Very well said.
Ahmen!
Very well said Marilyn! If Gore had won, I hate to think where we would be today!
No, but better him than Kerry.
