I don't really like any of the above. I do like Nine Men's Morris, though. Does that count?

Sure it counts, great game! I wish Ask500 would give us more than four answers for this type of question.

Great game.

Have you tried Kensington? Has similar placement and movement rules but on a larger board, excellent 2 player game.

No, but it sounds cool. I'll have to look into it :).

you can make your own set fairly easily, have fun!

Although I play a little Chess and Go, I prefer modern strategy games, like Settlers of Catan, or Carcasonne.

Two of my favorites. I can often be seen playing Settlers on XBOX live :).

I like the card game version of Settlers too, and we have all the variants and expansions for Carc (though I don't like some of the add ons myself).

Also a big fan of the Richard Borg series - BattleLore, Commands and Colors, Battlecry and memoir 44.

Playing a lot of Mensa Connections recently, the various Flux card games, and a newish one called "It's Alive!"

I like Chess the best, since it's the only one out of the four I've heard of. I also like the TV show Heroes, and they come together to make... HEROES chess! Which is my favourite game of all time.

Monopoly is my favourite game of all space.

Out of these games, I probably play GO more at this time. But I could switch to another should I feel I need a change.

chess board model is diff but the chess game which India found method is same
