I don't feel that they are approachable ever except with extreme caution--like you might approach a hungry lion or tiger.

I like the bike cops. Easy to outrun them even in an 84 Chevette.

oooo! There's something incredibly romantic about a Canadian Mountie! I think the women of America should steal them. We'll amass at the border. One of us will drive across and act like her car broke down. When a Mountie shows up, the rest of us will run across the border and drag him back to our side! One at a time, ladies ... but we'll get them all!
