No. Someone will always be unhappy no matter what kind of peace settlements and property divisions are made. Some people are never content regardless of how much they are given.
I look forward to the day that happens. The Western world will be able to produce our own energy (and bio plastics, ect...) by then and the Middle east can go back to cooking over campfires.

I don't believe that there will ever truly be peace in the middle east.
Once they run out of oil I think that they will go back to throwing rocks at each other and the rest of the world won't pay any attention to them.

Since there is no new oil being made, yes.
