I'm not even sure what that statement means. Can you give an example?

Imaginary events that never actually transpire can still result in a true or an untrue outcome. However the outcome cannot be definitively decided upon until the event has transpired or proved in either direction.

I would tend to think of this question as a right or wrong outcome rather then true or false but thats just me :) J

How Heisenbergian!

Although people do mistake the Heisenberg Principle. It does NOT say that the observer interacts with observed; it says that matter behaves fundamentally differently on the quantum level than on the macro level.

I've left this up in the air on purpose. It does seem it fits religious, more than scientific at first, until you start reading about the ground-breaking work in Physics, Nano-Tech, Astronomy etc.
