It is not sexist - There's a difference between men and women. Jay Leno essentially asked the same question last week - not that he's any kind of meter... but seriuosly - why care about sexism that much? It's a question.
Well, I am not a woman but none of the women I know even like porn, at least not the same kind of porn men like. Besides, I think "secretly" is the key word here. If they have to do it secretly there is cause for guilt. If they don't try to hide it there is less chance it will ever cause a problem if everyone in the household agrees it is okay.
Many women don't even admit to going solo. I think they even lie in surveys about this sort of thing...Esp the boomers.Yet someone is buying back massagers that look like vibrators. The whole guilt thing ties back to the old ways...Women weren't supposed to go in pool halls a long time ago.It's a sort of sexist qorld still - is my point I guess that's why i asked. Most "mainstream" porn is created for the hetro male audience, most of the rest is either gay male porn and specialist niche subjects.
There is a little porn made (usually by females) for the female audience, but it is a tiny percentage of the total.
Following the laws of supply and demand, we can deduce that most women have little or no interested in porn.
I am blessed to know quite a large number of very sexually liberated women, and even among these wonderful ladies, only a few have expressed a desire to watch as a regular hobby (as opposed to watching the odd few muinutes out of curiosity).
My impression is that ladies would rather have the real thing in general, and if that is not available, they are quite capable of generating their own fantasy in their head while indulging in DIY, than watch someone else's version :)

I'd bet though that some women are watching plenty of that hard core porn...secretly of course LOL
I think there is a more fundamental "general" difference between men and woman - men are more visually oriented than woman, interestingly its straight MEN and gay MEN who watch porn, there is a lot of lesbian porn but I always believe that was made for hetero men as well. Of course you will find exeptions to the rule but they are a minority.
The DIY-imagination thing is true, like most people do, but I'd dare to say that most girls prefer to watch lesbian porn. A lot of them. And OBVIOUSLY most of the things that revolve around this subject are...secrets.
