I answered "yes" but I have nothing against India. I would be just as upset if they were outsourced to Taiwan, Mexico, Finland, Ireland, Estonia, Zaire, Thailand, Iraq, Peru, Greenland, or any place other than where than product was sold. It would especially irk me if the call center was someplace where the phone room people had never seen and never used the product.
