Lol - though I tend to answer "Fact" here. You can say creationism is a hypothesis based on the biblical myth. But as a hypothesis it is a fact. Not that creationism holds true in any scientific way, but that it exists in the minds of many believers is a fact.
I think "lie" is the closest description. Creationism is more than just a myth, it's a deliberate pseudoscientific hoax in the form of "Intelligent Design".
It's not a scientific theory, because it has no explanational value, offers no predictions and isn't supported by a shred of evidence.
It's not a valid hypothesis because it's not falsifiable.
If you believe it's a fact, that's just your belief.
It's not exactly a myth either - biblical creation is a myth, creationISM is the pseudoscientific movement or attempt to force the myth into education using its "Intelligent Design" alias.
The correlation you've proffered is flawed. Your position assumes that being accountable is something to be feared. It also assumes that a universal designer need also be a moral judge, a logically unsubstantiated position of judeo-christo-islamic religious doctrine.
Non-religious people are just as, if not more, morally centered than religious people. It is historically proved.
In a responsibly mature mind, and society, it is not necessary, nor indeed optimal, to conjure an invisible sky judge to keep people's actions in check. Religious people often incorrectly assume that it is, and that those who don't believe in their judge/creator fall instantly prey to some perceived baser urge to run morally amuck.
When people do bad things religion and the fear of ultimate judgement by a god has only inaccurately ever curtailed or dissuaded them, and indeed has often been the source of them.
We need only, and should only be accountable to our fellow human beings and the well being of our surroundings. The god-judge is not necessary.
The 'danger' I mentioned is in the dissemination and propagation of misinformation, which leads to harmful action based on fallacy.
You don't use a faerie story as instructions to fix a toaster.
Other options that didn't make the cut:
Lie
Guess
Insult to intelligence
Attempt at science.
Another option: A last ditch attempt to uphold biblical 'truth'.

Btw I attended a symposium on darwinism / neo-darwinism yesterday. It was interesting how religion was barely mentioned.

Be careful. You may go to hell if you pick the wrong one.
lmao! Fantastic!

why is it so 'dangerous'? Because you might have to actually admit your accountable to Someone and your actions have consequences?
