Didja notice that 3 of 4 'Strongly dislike', and 3 of 4 'Dislike' answers were from the US? The other 'strongly dislike' was from Germany, so I assume that is Wingnutt, who is American, and one from India.

I had a cataract operation earlier today. Total cost to me for pre-op visit, op, post-op visit and eyedrops to use over the next two weeks about $65. I like that - though I do know that the real cost was carried by by all us tax payers.
