Me too. But I've graduated to Habaneras so I think I am too.
This may be where the "cure" is worse than the disease! I don't like hot stuff! It burns when it goes in, burns while it is digesting, then burns on the way out... what fun is that?
The peppers add a new dimension to your dining pleasure. The trick is, don't go hog wild eating them. A little piece at a time with your food adds to the taste. One thing to be sure to do is don't eat any hot pepper of any kind with out first having some food in your stomach.
