Just labeling it 'spam' is an act of censorship. Which everyone has the right to do--for themselves, and their dependent minors, only.
Censorship is to oppress certain opinions, not certain forms of communication. If we were to screen all spam messages and delete those with a certain message, that would be censorship.
To try to stop all spam indisciminately is just that - it's not discrimination, so it's not censorship.
