I see. So that is the dumocrats' new interpretation of "Congressional appointment" -- unless Congress impeaches BHO regarding a particular appointment, they, effectively, made the appointment? Interesting interpretation of the Constitution.
I don't really feel sorry for the companies that took money from the government. It's naive to think that any money taken from the government would have no strings attached. I'm not for the government regulating maximum compensations for private companies... but the moment these companies willingly took taxpayer dollars, they became anything but private. Sad thing is that by doing this, the government is driving away needed talent that could revitalize the company. Would you stay with a company when you could go elsewhere, make 50%-90% more doing the same thing, and not have to deal with the government (at least anymore than any other private company)?

Welcome to non-Constitutional socialistic liberal democrat anarchy - or The Obama Administration!
Mis-representing as usual, I see. He can determine how tax dollars are spent.
When did the Constitution get amended to transfer that job away from Congress?
Congress can appoint whom it likes.
And who was it that "Congress" appointed?
If Congress is unhappy about it, they can impeach Obama, who imposed the first caps. Gee, that hasn't happened yet, has it?

You got marked down for spewing the TRUTH again, Bakerbug!
If Obama can fire executives, it makes total sense that one of his Tzars can adjust their pay. A good leader knows how to delegate responsibility.

We're not talking about a good leader here. We're talking about Barack Hussein Obama.
Yes, I'm sorry if my sarcasm wasn't clear.
Of course I can believe it: these people CARE more than I do.
;)
