I am informed about that serious problem, but did not know Australien has this many free camels. Did your government find any solutions yet how to prevent this catastrophe? Otherwise many other problems will arise.
A report I watched quite some time ago said Australiens are horrified and feel helpless which is most understandable. I am shocked understanding this reality is in a speedy progress everywhere and still many people are blind folded!

I only knew about the kangaroos and sharks. Oh yea, crocks.
Wild camels and wild pigs.
Some visitors confuse Alligators with Crocodiles.
Crocodiles are lightening fast, they grab their prey and spin, to drown it.
Crocks are in the North of Aust.

They have camel races in Nevada, USA.
Perhaps folks could train them some of your free camels and win?
We have camel racing too.
The USA has more than two million filterless Camels. ;)
