No, I wouldn't ask a question that would exclude so many people from the site, and as for the 13 non-american answers, I don't think it was a misunderstanding, I think it was more of a case of "I'm not going to be told what questions I can and can't answer because I'm not american. **Clicks random answer**"

Actually, there are lots of questions here in languages I don't speak. I'm not offended that the question wasn't directed at me, and I don't click random answers. ;o)
