Two things every business needs... a good accountant and a good lawyer. If I could afford only one... I'd opt for a good accountant. I know of a fantastic accountant/bookkeeper for USA/Canada based taxes if you're interested.
My business does not yet make enough money to really need anything beyond generating maybe two invoices a year and letting my sister do my taxes (because I am lazy, and I HATE it.)
...and your sister happens to have an accounting degree...=D
