As I see it, the question is about the morality of a situation in which a coward (Jesse's words) sends others to war when the coward refused to go to war himself when called to serve.
The question has little to do with whether we are partly to blame for the wars our countries involve themselves in.

Nope, but then again as a tax payer am I not at least partly responsible for the wars my country participated in?
