I really cannot recall any science fiction novel without guns, laser pistols or ray guns. Most of the SciFi Novels/movies reflect upon domination of the galaxy by one evil force or another. And to add to Feulle's comment, even words can be construed as weapons.

NO. Not as long as rocks exist. I am AMAZED 39% of the respondents here have never seen a rock. Maybe women didn't pick the red answer because the question is addressed to men. Remind me to ask the question again someday and I'll leave out the editorial comments.
