A female orgasm is a powerful painkiller due 2 the release of endorphins. A headache is in fact a bad excuse not to have SEX.

It does work (I'm female, I've done the experiment). But the effort involved in getting to orgasm when you're feeling rotten from a foul headache makes it hardly worthwhile.
Painkillers or herbal tea, (or a megadose of caffeine if it's a migraine), a darkened bedroom, a nice liedown are easier and as (or more) effective. And you don't have to worry about whether anyone else is enjoying the process.
I'm not a female so I have no idea. Research says it is true but I have no way to test the findings myself.

Exercise releases Endorphins in males and females.
