Frankly, I resent Patterson's insinuation that I'm some sort of battered child that needs to be protected.

Don't they usually get a change of venue if the jury pool is unlikely to be unbiased?

I don't think they will have a fair trial in NYC.

Why on earth not? Would they get a fair trial in Australia seeing as how some Australians were murdered on 9 11? NYC is as good a place as any for a trial.

Why not? They'll be found just as guilty anywhere in the USA. Maybe they should hold the trial in Afghanistan with a jury of their peers? ;)

they should be tryed in world court instead/ or the u.s grand court
