I agree with Mayor Bloomberg:"It is fitting that 9/11 suspects face justice near...where so many New Yorkers were murdered.”

I agree with Gov Patterson: "Having those terrorists tried so close to the attack is ...an encumbrance on all New Yorkers"

I agree they should be tried in NYC for other reasons.

I disagree that they should be tried, but for different reasons.

Why on earth not? Would they get a fair trial in Australia seeing as how some Australians were murdered on 9 11? NYC is as good a place as any for a trial.

Why not? They'll be found just as guilty anywhere in the USA. Maybe they should hold the trial in Afghanistan with a jury of their peers? ;)
