The only one that ever got to me worse was the pay-day lending commercial they ran at the very beginning of every school year. Daughter listing her demands for school clothes and school supplies - Mom was blinking her eyes to the tune of cash-register dinging. Dollar signs drawn on her eyelids. Followed with a suggestion from the lending company to use their service (for a nominal 100% monthly interest rate). Was so relieved when voters banned those predators in Ohio in the last election. Seemed that commercial ran EVERY SINGLE commercial break from July until two weeks after school started - for the last 10 years.
