Wow. Good question. Most of the subprime mortgages have now rolled over into their crazy interest rates. I imagine we'll still see this happen for awhile as people who are still barely making the high interest rate mortgages gradually sink. But here's hoping it's peaking now.

But the economy is tanking badly, so more people who had decent rates they could just afford will be going under now too.
