Yes, but sometimes that's a reasonable intent. For example, there are certain forums, MMOs, chatrooms where it's just easier to be a guy than a girl. And if you've got an unusual name, making up a new one makes you a lot harder to facebook.
Most likely never, if it was a Friday. It honestly wouldn't bother me until about 6-7 am, by shich time most parties are dead anyway. 2am is way too early (If it was a weeknight, still probably not, but if I did it would be around 3-4am)
