It is definitely excluding the activity, and it is also a nuisance. You can choose whether or not you are going to smoke, but smokers shouldn't shove their smoking habit in the faces of the public who either have or have not chosen to smoke. It is far to extreme to say that excluding smokers is like racism. Anyway, maybe it is just one way to show that someone actually cares. Decreasing how much second-hand smoke is taken in by the public en masse and also reducing the areas the smokers can smoke...

I agree with the statement, but, sadly, it is not true. If that concept were true, these "united" states of America would be a lot easier to live in. If, within his presidency, Obama can change minds about this statement, he will have succeeded in his presidency.

Tuna Casserole

1 can Cream Mushroom Soup

1 can Tuna

2 cups macaroni/shell noodles

However much cheese you like...

Boil noodles.

Combine in casserole dish with tuna and soup.

Spread thin to thick layer of cheese on top.

Bake at 300 degrees F until cheese is melted and has formed melted crispy cheesy layer on top.

I like it, there is one for ham also, but it is harder to explain...
