Well, from my perspective, if the person coming to my door to ask to use the loo was usually verbally abusive, and not welcoming at the other end when we do pick-ups, I would say that boundaries are being crossed.
Then, there is also the other consideration, of the fact that there are a dozen public toilets in the vicinity that could be used rather than ours.
