The STATE OF HAWAII has ISSUED A LEGAL COPY of his BIRTH CERTIFICATE and it was SIGNED and the SEAL WAS AFFIXED. It is a LEGAL DOCUMENT that is ACCEPTABLE IN ANY COURT OF LAW IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Papa Murphy's. (lol) They make it up with the topping you want (Subway restaurant style), put it on a special liner and wrap it up. You take it home and bake it for 20 minutes - tastes like the best pizza parlor stuff imaginable. Cheaper because they don't have the giant ovens going, so the entire restaurant overhead is lower. And you can add an obscene amount of cheese when you get it to the house ... (lol)

That's because you would have to go back and count deaths caused by horses bolting while hitched to wagons, deaths caused by horse related injuries (farriers are still occasionally killed by horses they are shoeing) and horse bodies that used to be tossed into common areas used for drinking water. Not to mention the roads used to be a lot better for bandits when people walked every where they went.

Knock out the statistics of how safe it the roads were 200 years ago and how safe they are now, multiply out by the population explosion - and I'll bet you the roads actually ARE safer.

They haven't done anything. Yet. I do stress "yet" - because I, too will become very cranky if they try anything. But the Supreme Court has ruled, very recently, upholding a citizens right to keep and bear arms as stated in the Constitution.
