lol that's a stupid question, curtains are for night so people can't look in and so that light, from our lighting, doesn't escape, also making that whole looking from light into dark, vs looking from dark into light scenario so no peeping toms!
Well they recline so people are entirely in their rights to recline. It might be annoying but it doesn't make the person a Jerk. I'd say the Jerks are the ones who complain and make everyone's days a headache.

Really, we should be spending more effort on changing people's lives and helping them in other ways than giving them the right to end themselves.
