There is a massive pressure in society and the media for girls and women to be size zero which contributes to anorexia.

No, women create this in their own minds. I have no idea why. I being a man can honestly say women with curves are sexier. No one likes overly skinny girls. THey see themselves as way fatter than they really are, and that's no ones fault but their own.

Should everyone be treated the same (religion, gender, skin colour...)?

Yeah I don't know about that. To treat women and men EXACTLY the same is to go against nature. Men and women are different, whether we wish they were or not, and going against nature only causes more problems. But there is a line to be drawn here.
