The only issue is here in the USA, not the rest of the world who laughs at the two footed obesity machine. All the $$ spent on books, fad diets, gimmick weight loss machines will not stop the world from calling you a fat ass when your ass is fat. Put the shovel down and pick up the spoon fat ass.

In the USA, free to its citizens. Foreigners/noncitizens pay up their nose to get top level education as they will take their skills home.
