The richest earn a "quarter of the country's income and control an astonishing 40% of its wealth"....hmmmmmm rich people earn a lot, don't spend it all. 75% of the non-rich have incomes, and 60% of the wealth. Maybe the non-rich should save more and control a larger percent of wealth.

My husband is a manager, I was a manager. We get to see these customers after YOU failed to assist them. Customers who are not pleased by you or the manager, generally don't continue to trade with your company. Not every customer is "pleaseable" or "agreeable", but they are why we and you have a job.
