Sorry if I worded it wrong D:

Basically, I was asking if the viewer was for leaving the internet the way it stands now, and NOT have to pay your ISP more for visiting certain websites, or having to pay extra to visit the websites you love.

I would honestly love to know the answer myself as well, as most people I know tend to either not know about this concern, and or avoid it when the petitions go around the internet~
