Make the prosecution team serve prison time for wrongful incarcerations.

I think that they should serve the same sentence as the person they convicted, in the same prison. There needs to be accountability in our system. This woops, crap doesn't work.

Do you think waterboarding is a form of torture?

Damn xploded I have to like you now, I'm a paramedic. You guys have helped me more than a few times. Given waterboarding or debridement I'd say that is a tough one. I think the the difference being that onces that are waterboarding you have ill will towards you and debridement well it hurts like hell but we care. All around suxs! I have the greatest respect for burns and those that deal with them.
