I'm interested in how people respond emotionally and viscerally to food. Why are some foods thought to be delicious, while other (very similar) foods rejected completely? OK, cannibalism is an extreme example :), but there are plenty of people who will eat a hot dog but wouldn't consider eating the pig parts it's made of...

Nope. CSA (Canadian Space Agency) accepted apps from Canadian citizens and residents, and ESA (European Space Agency) from European citizens.
