Actually I am not one that uses a cell phone in a theater. One reason is because I don't go to movie theaters, I may average one movie a year. If it really bothers you, then why even go??
You keep asking the question what about before cell phones...what did people do....well, as best as I can remember people brought their kids with them and instead of a cell phone ringing you had babies crying.
