We only show the last 100 votes on the map currently (Google Maps can't handle many more pins then that on most peoples computers). So if you voted more then 100 votes ago you wont see yourself on the map. Sorry about that. In the future we may add a way to choose how many votes show on the map at a time for people with more powerful computers or greater then normal patience.

Currently its automatic. Though the question isn't actually deleted, just pulled from the upcoming questions list. And any time it happens, the staff is informed so we can keep on top of abusive questions, as well as abuse of the "mark as inappropriate" system.

It's worth mentioning that we are working on some changes that will make it easier to find questions that are no longer in the upcoming and past question lists. Questions that are "inappropriate" will be easier to find after these changes, provided the user actively seeks them out.

Questions are only pulled by the community (except in extreme circumstances). Looks like the community didn't like your first one, but doesn't mind this one. Not sure what that means, but there you have it.

I think the 16th amendment just gives Congress the right to pass such a law. The amendment itself does not say there is a tax, or what the tax rate is, simply that Congress can make laws covering such things. I have no idea what the actual law is that enacts the federal income tax. Some boring code number no doubt. And which law it is probably changes each time the tax code is revised (just a guess).
