I have only one account on Ask500people.com, and barely keep up with it as it is. And waugs has never been officially affiliated with Ask500People.com.

I'm sorry to hear you have a poor opinion of the site and how it's run, but I only wish the "behind the scenes" machinations were even one tenth as interesting as the conspiracy theories I've read.

I'm not sure what you mean, Wingnutt. I didn't say I, or our "crew," are marking questions inappropriate. I think the community as a whole is doing a credible job moderating itself.

Repeat questions, questions about Ask500People or its users, questions that aren't questions, and questions that reference comments or external links have regularly been pulled from the question stream by our users. And I, at least personally, am glad for that. Our community is active 24 hours a day... and generally smarter.
