Leafy veggies are high on folic acids but once again not enough RDA you would have to eat large quantity of it. Folic falls into b-complex category (b9), so I always recommend for a vegitarians to take b-complex coz most of b vitamins (specially b-12) are found in meats. Folics can also be found in grains and cereals so I don't think vegitarians are really missing out of those.
